Privacy and cookies

This page explains what Football News and Lootlo Sales Corner collect and why.

No accounts, no tracking of our own

You can read every page without signing up. We don't run our own analytics or advertising trackers.

Voting

When you vote for Goal of the week, your browser keeps a random ID in local storage so each person votes once a week. It doesn't identify you by name, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data.

Advertising

We show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where you allow it. In the UK, EU and Switzerland you'll be asked for your choice through Google's consent message, and you can change it at any time. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Videos

Highlights load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only when you press play. After that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Lootlo deals

Links in Lootlo Sales Corner are affiliate links. When you click one, the store may set its own cookies, and we may earn a commission if you buy. Prices are set by each store.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Because voting data isn't linked to a name, the easiest way to remove it is to clear this site's data in your browser.
